Termination:

We retain the right to terminate or suspend your license to utilize the Product at any time and without prior notice if we suspect you have violated any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must discontinue all usage of the Product and obliterate any copies you possess.

Amendments:

We reserve the right to amend or update this Agreement at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Agreement on our website. Your continued usage of the Product following the posting of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and The Digital Response concerning the utilization of the Product and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, whether written or oral.
